Whitney Blair Inc. Shipwatch Lane Ocean Isle Beach Renovation Update 8/24/09

Much work has taken place since our last update on 8/19/09 as the photo updates show below. The old roofline on the front elevation has been removed with the new roof now in place, along with new windows. What a difference!! The new look is already beginning to take shape. The new Pella sliding glass doors have been added on the rear of the home to open up the beautiful views of the waterway. New decks, along with the siding and trim work start this week...stay tuned for new photos.

Whitney Blair Inc. Shipwatch Lane Ocean Isle Beach Renovation update 8/19/09

Good Afternoon. Yesterday Whitney Blair Inc. began removing the decks from the home and commenced raising the roof. Once this is complete we will begin reframing the roof to change the roof line on front elevation. Continue to stay tuned for more updates and pictures.
